Postin’ for Plankton
After missing the trip with my cousin a couple years ago, I decided that this was a must-see for me in the Philippines. My cousin went during holy week and said that i was missing out. So last weekend on the 14-15 of Feb, me and Ekz decided to go to Bicol to take the hot trip down Steve Erwin lane.
This really felt like i was on discovery channel or animal planet. The BIO guide made it feel like we where really trying to catch something. We would have to post on the side of the boat and he would yell for us to jump when we were next to the shark. We saw 3-4 sharks this trip.
We also went on a firefly boat tour which was less than expected. I would say that since your in donsol you might as well do it but I was dissapointed. I really thought it would be fireflies everywhere but it was only fireflies on the side and the boat would go to the side to see the groups of them by the trees.
In Donsol, Sorsogon we joined travel factor to cut the cost of renting the boat.
